PAST HISTORY
bilateral patella Alta, with stiff knees, and a range of 30 degrees
1989 - Lt Quadriceps plasty was done, with good out come,knee range improved to 90 degrees
1991 - Rt Quadriceps plasty was done, with disaster, infection

multiple debriment, skin loss, Tissue loss,patelectomy.
wound healed by secondary intention.

PROBLEM
1. Fixed flexion deformity.
2. Poor skin, with scar tissue directly adherent
    on to lower 2/3 of femur with no quadriceps
    muscles.
3. Unsightly gait.
4. Shortening femur > tibia
